TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Definitions: “Carrierr” means any person or business contracted by us to carry goods from us .
“consumers” means any person who is in connection with this agreement , is acting for purposes which
are outside his business.
“our website” means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports our
website.
“Goods” means any of the goods displayed on our website.
2) Our contract with you
For the visitors of our websites, we shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. That is when our
contract is made.
We may change these terms periodically. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our
website on the day you order goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that goods advertised on our website are available at all times. If
we do not have available stock of the goods you order , we will offer you alternative.
You may accept the alternative offer or cancel all or part of your order.
In future , you buy goods from us under any arrangement which does not involve your payment via our
website , these terms still apply.
If we owe you money on account of your cancellation, we credit you within 60 days of cancellation of
your order.
3) PRICE And PAYMENT
We try to keep our website and catalogue prices updated and accurate .
The company shall issue an invoice to the customer in respect of products order. Customer should pay
the invoice amount through internet banking .
Prices include goods & service tax applicable in The Republic of India.
4) Delivery if applicable
Deliveries will be made by post/ a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order . you
must be ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
After goods are sent by post , we will send you a message by email or sms to tell you when we have
dispatched your order.
5) Cancellation of Order( please read this passage carefully)
Claims for shortage or faulty goods must be notified in writing via on our email within 7 days of delivery.
P.M. Hosiery and Co. is under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments correctly supplied.
P.M.Hosiery and Co. reserved the right to decide the terms of cancellation and refund on case to case
basic and you shall not raise any question on such decision. We do not give cash refunds. Custom made
garments, made to order and supplied correctly are non-returnable .
6) GOODS RETURNED
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that
target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. If you are not wholly satisfied
with the product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity:
Exactly what is the fault and how the fault affected your use of the goods.
After you discovered the fault, you must be contact us by letter or our e-mail , to specifying exactly the
fault with return note. We will then issue a retuen note , if you failed to identify the fault , then we may
not be able to identify your complaint.
So far as possible, goods should be returned including our delivery slip , at your own risk.
7) Content and Intellectual property Rights
We will defend the intellectual property rights in connection with our goods and our website, including
copyright in the content whether provided by us or any other content provider( including copyright in;
text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, clips, digital downloads, data and software).
We also claim copyright in the designs and compilation of all content of our website. you may not use
our name or logos or trademarks or any other content of our websites .
8) System Security
We will do our best to maintain our website so that you have satisfied our services.
You may not be allowed any other person to violate our website security.
